A drunken Rat was found in a euphoric state outside a Santa Monica Quactus show on Thursday night, after which the rat claimed was “The wildest show I ever saw.” When asked why he enjoys the cheapest level of Martell Cognac the rat replied, “I’m a fucking rat.”
